Very nice location near the beach, but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Enjoyed the bike rental options nearby.

The employees are helpful and superfriendly. The ambiance is family. The rooms are great-sized and compact with balcony, good shower, as for instance. The location is great and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Biarritz Bellevue. The restaurant serves savoury local food.
As we remember, there was no parking.

The bed was super comfy! The overall vibe was like a tropical getaway 🌴, yet we had a couple of dodgy light bulbs. Perfect location near everything!

Very nice location, just steps from the beach.
The noise levels were unbearable, with constant disturbances from guests above us, made it nearly impossible to sleep through the night. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found old hair on the shower walls and even within the drain, and the towels had a mildew smell that was just revolting. This experience fell far below expectations, especially given the price we paid.

I appreciated the wonderful proximity to the nearby Port des Pecheurs, just a few steps away, and the short walk to the fine Eglise Sainte-Eugenie de Biarritz , made my weekend strolls really enjoyable.

Surprising sunset suggestions
Waking up to the vibrant decor and the friendly staff. A special mention to the receptionist who suggested a lovely sunset spot at the Epic roof bar.
The air conditioning faltered , tough on warmer nights. We faced street noise, especially on weekends.

The hotel is in a lively area, close to the beach and just a short walk from the Biarritz Barrière Casino. The staff was super helpful, letting us store our luggage and enjoy the beach even after check-out. Highly recommend checking out the sunset spots nearby!
We did encounter some noise from the surrounding area, which might be an issue if you're sensitive to sound. The lively street vibe can add some fun but also a bit of disruption at times.

The location provided a good blend of tranquility and convenience, just a short walk from the beach. The eco-friendly furnishings and spacious shower room enhanced the overall comfort. While the shower pressure was excellent, the noise from the lively street was a bit disruptive, especially at night. It was also disappointing to encounter some cleanliness issues, old hair in the shower certainly detracted from the experience. The hotel's inviting atmosphere and helpful staff were nice.

An issue with noise from neighboring rooms disrupted the peaceful experience was great. While staff were mostly helpful, there were moments when responsiveness could have been improved, as at times they seemed overwhelmed.
